Rustic open space located in the heart of Downtown Fayetteville, within walking distance to all of the Downtown Business has to offer. Volta Space is an open lofty space with exposed brick, long wooden pillars, completely adaptable/customizable decor, 2 bathrooms, and 2 entrances.
Host any kind of occasion and celebration; from birthdays, retirements, graduations company retreats, non-profit events and so much more! The possibilities are truly endless.
Included in our rental space are:

Our rectangular and circular tables

Up to (250) of our beautiful, banquet gold chairs with burgundy padded cushions

Café lights (also known as bistro lights) strung high in the air from our striking beams

Set up and break down of our furniture. Which we sit-down in advance to discuss where you would like all our tables and chairs placed so we can have our furniture set up upon arrival.

We require a $350 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The final payment is due 10-business days before your event.

Is the space handicap accessible?
Yes, we have a ramp leading to the entrance of the building, handicap-accessible restrooms, and the space is highly functional for individuals in wheelchairs.

What's the cancellation policy?
We require a $350 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. If you are worried about the possibility of canceling, please discuss this with the event manager.
What's your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?
As of this time, we do not have an outdoor area for event hosting.

Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes, or do I have to leave everything as is? Are there decoration guidelines/restrictions? Can I use real candles?
Yes, we will do a layout in All seated well before your event. Anything that would be attached to a wall must be approved beforehand. Candles are not allowed due to the wooden structure of our event space.
